Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Loe Fashion. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a return and exchange policy within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the dress must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.

2. Return Process

​

a. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.

b. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include this number on the outside of your return package.

c. Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received by us.

3. Return Eligibility

a. Unworn and Unaltered: Dresses must be returned in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition. Dresses that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for return.

b. Tags and Packaging: All original tags and labels must be attached, and the dress must be returned in its original packaging.

4. Refunds

​

a. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned dress, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is approved.

b. Refund Amount: The refund amount will exclude any shipping fees incurred for the original purchase. If applicable, restocking fees may also be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Exchanges

a. Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange your dress for a different size or style, please indicate this when initiating the return. We will provide guidance on the availability of the desired item and any additional costs.

b. Exchange Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

6. Non-Returnable Items

a. Custom Orders: Custom-made dresses or dresses that were ordered with custom alterations are non-returnable.

b. Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotional period may be subject to different return terms. Please refer to the specific sale terms for details.
